1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, booking a seat, or residing at CityMate Hostel BD (located at Plot-1, Road-3, Block-H, Mirpur-1, Dhaka-1216), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Hostel Conduct Policy.

2. Seat Occupancy & Verification

• Seats are non-transferable and allocated solely to the verified registered resident.
• Subletting, lending, or accommodating unauthorized guests overnight is strictly prohibited.
• Residents must submit authentic government identity verification (NID/Passport/Student ID) prior to check-in.

3. Payment Terms & Dues

• Stay packages (1-day to 30-day options) must be paid in advance.
• Rent or stay renewal payments must be settled before the expiry date displayed in your resident portal.
• Failure to clear outstanding dues may result in suspension of hostel facilities or revocation of seat allocation.

4. House Rules & Safety Standards

• Quiet Hours: Enforced from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
• Curfew & Gate Locks: Main gates are secured at 11:00 PM. Late entry requires prior manager authorization.
• Prohibited Items: Smoking, alcohol, drugs, and personal high-wattage electric stoves/heaters inside rooms are strictly forbidden.

5. Termination & Expulsion

Management reserves the right to terminate residency immediately without refund in cases of severe policy violations, physical harassment, illegal activities, or deliberate property damage.
