How are room numbers and seats assigned?

Once you submit a booking request or check in at the reception, the manager assigns your room and seat in the HMS console. Your app home screen updates automatically.

Are my NID and personal details secure?

Yes. All identity documents are encrypted and uploaded directly to secure Firebase Storage. Only authorized hostel management can review your documents.
