1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, booking, or using any services provided by CityMate Hostel BD, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Occupancy & Residency
- Seats and rooms are strictly allocated to verified registered residents.
- Subletting or transferring your assigned seat to another individual is strictly prohibited.
- Residents must provide valid government-issued identification (NID, Student ID, or Passport).
3. Payment Terms
- Monthly or stay fees must be paid in advance by the specified due date.
- Overdue payments may incur late fees or result in revocation of hostel access.
- All food, laundry, and ancillary service payments processed through the portal are non-refundable once service fulfillment has commenced.
4. Termination of Stay
CityMate reserves the right to terminate residency immediately in cases of severe conduct policy violations, illegal activities, or non-payment.
5. Liability
CityMate is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Residents are advised to lock their rooms and secure valuable personal items.
